With 25+ years of experience launching non-insured benefit programs into a very competitive marketplace comes the knowledge base New Benefits has used to create a successful set up process. Our process works for clients of all sizes and is flexible to accommodate a wide variety of marketing approaches.

After executing a contract, client support is provided by members of the Client Services department. New Benefits is committed to providing clients the ultimate in service and the Account Executive partnership was designed to ensure promptness and continuity at all times. Account Executives are the primary point of contact, setting deadlines on deliverables and ensuring a successful and timely setup of the account. They walk clients through the first steps of implementation, including identifying the client’s audience, benefit packaging, marketing ideas, state availability and retail pricing.

Our goal is to support our marketers and grow membership. Nurturing the relationship post-implementation is just as important as the initial phase, and our Client Services team is committed to assist with future initiatives, training and new marketing campaigns.


This program is NOT insurance coverage, not intended to replace insurance, and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act or Massachusetts M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CRM 5.00. It contains a 30-day cancellation period, provides discounts only at the offices of contracted health care providers, and each member is obligated to pay the discounted medical charges in full at the point of service.
