Counseling Services
Experienced counselors help your members address personal problems. Members can call 24/7 for an assessment, then schedule up to six free sessions via phone call, virtually, and/or face-to-face to discuss job issues, financial or legal stress, relationship issues, grief or loss, and more.- Sessions are typically available within three business days of the member’s initial call
- Members can get help determining the best course of action with evidence-informed, solution-focused counseling strategies including goal setting and problem-solving
- All counselors hold a master’s degree and have a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience
- Immediate 24/7 support and guidance available: TalkNow provides members with access to master’s-level counselors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to answer program-related questions and deliver in-the-moment guidance when urgent support is needed
